I. OLD BUSINESS
   A. Officer's Report
      1. President-KIRK
         -Still no idea what is causing interference
         -Parking is getting out of hand; watch out where you park
      2. Vice Prez.-DEAN
         -EC Fair @ Tenaya Hall went well
         -Vote on the volleyball court: 18-7 in favor of dropping plan
          and keeping $55K
      3.  Treasurer=DEAN (Filling in for Craig)
          -$1500 in account + change in the drawer
      4. EEEC--DEAN (filling in for IAN)
         -senior project lab (next to shack) thinking of changing keys
         -need help cleaning out lab and want us to help them
      5. Secretary's Report-TRISHA  :)
         -Need everyone's SSN for Public Safety
         -No list at PS right now; so go to EE Dept. if you need a key
      6. Coke Manager--MARK
         -Cokes moving well
      7. Repeater Manager--RYAN
         -WALA 145.19-  100 Hz cg
             -same code to put it into transmit
             -MAKE SURE it is put back into monitor when you're done
      8. Shack Manager--DAVE
         -#16 ARES/RACES Emergency communications
              -Informal NET every Tuesday night 7:30 pm: 146.865- pL 127.3
         -NO EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT in shack (duh!)
         -Saturday work day: not messing with tower; just cleaning up 
          stuff
         

II. NEW BUSINESS
    A. 145.19-
       -Need new duplexers (don't mind used duplexers)
           -Allows transmitters & Receivers to operate @ almost the same time
             at close frequncies (kind of a filter)
           -soon as we get bids, we'll meet to authorize expenditures
 
       -May or may not be able to keep this frequency
           -Ryan working CLOSELY (read sucking up to) with local repeater
            manager/freq.coordinator
           -trying to get it coordinated or look into new frequency

    B. Giving tests
       -Los Osos, Nov. 5th

     C. Purchasing Possibilities- RYAN
        -VHF/UHF SWR wattmeter  $106.00 Yaesu
        -motion to approve the purchase, with agreement to comparison
         shop and get best deal (not to exceed $106.00)
        -In favor of purchasing: 13  Opposed: 0

     D. T-shirts-LEN
        -Idea of getting new shirts with logo
        -anyone w/ideas, comments, suggestions, send 'em to Len
       -Form a committee to do it?  Len will spearhead idea
 
      E. From the floor
        -No new info on NASA/Shuttle program w/Shell bEach school
