I. Welcome/Introduction
   -Went around room introducing ourselves

II. OFFICER'S REPORTS
    A. President--Kirk J. Smith I
       1. Tassajara Peak Project
 	  -antennas here; moving slowly, but moving
	  -insurance deal went through (YEAH!)

	****WORK PARTY: Sunday, March 19th after finals*****
		-See Kirk or e-mail to volunteer
       2. Open Shack--Open House, April 21 (?)
	  -Need someone to staff it all day (we will most likely work in 
	  shifts)
	  -See Kirk to do Open Shack or volunteer for La Fiesta Parade 

    B. VEEP--Dean Wood   (wood what?)  <groan>
       1. EC Meeting
	  a. Technology Fee
             -mtg. 10 am Tuesday March 7, 10 am-noon UU 220
	     -express your concern, etc.
	  b. ASI Children's Center
	     -Will it shut down?
	     -going over $100,000 per year to run
	     -voting Spring quarter to pay $5 per quarter to keep it running
              (currently we pay $1 per quarter)
	     -1500 students use its services (47% students, 53%faculty)
          c. Curriculum Committee
	     -what direction should Poly be taking its students academically
	     -Make it a UC wanna-be or keep the "hands-on", lab philosophy

   C.  TREASURER--Craig Gullickson
	NOTHING TO REPORT

   D.  SHACK MON--Dave Evans
       -KK6DJ buffed the shack (YEAH!) 
       -40 m coax running into the shack

   E. Secretary---ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  
       -Social activities:
