ARES/RACES flood stuff -KC6WOW: very disorganized -KD6RCT:Poly the only group who knew what was going on -KE6OMS: KO6GA (Chris Hoffman) did a great job, sans Q-calls 4. Tassajara Peak Project -Twice the work done that was expected (Alumni came and helped) -Flooring in -Outside painted -Conduit/wiring in -Other stuff: -Obtained a rack -KK6DJ going crazy trying to find places to put stuff 5. WILDFLOWER -First weekend in May (6,7) -We get all access passes, good camping and good treatment -We ARE communications for Wildflower -N6NL trying to get frequency coordinated -444.075+ standard offset 6. Open House -April 22; we are having an open shack that day -need the shack manned ALL DAY -Kirk will be there from noon to 1 or after -need volunteers to help out -T-Hunt that weekend w/alumni -Used to be an BBQ that same day; Alum bring "beverages" 7. T-shirts---KE6OMS -voted on "HAMS DO IT WITH HIGHER FREQUENCY" for back -Three colors: ash, white, and bright yellow -$10 members, $15 day of open shack for guests B. Duplexers--KC6WOW -Club allocated $1,000 (+s/h+tax) -cannot get duplexers for that little -Ryan assigned to get delivery estimates, we will vote on amount C. Disk Drive in SUN--KC6WOW -The disk drive is his and he would like $150 for it -Mark Smith moves to approve $150 for KC6WOW in exchange for use of his disk drive -Ian seconds -nearly unanimous; motion passes D. Flea Market--KD6JTS -2nd Sat. each month in Bay Area -Leave Fri. April 7, return Sat or Sun -starts OFFICIALLY at 7 am, people get there at 5 am CHIA CAR-- holds 2-- leaves Fri. afternoon RESCUE holds 3 or 4 leaves early Fri.
