I.  Thank you for coming: KD6EKM, KC6WOW, KC6WOT, N6NL, KE6PEU, KD6HPC, 
KC6QOQ, KC6IZR, AA6ZO, KE6BZY, KD6HHI, KE6OMR, CEX, KE6SYB, N6TQL, KK6DJ, 
KE6SXY, W6RKA, KE6SYD,  KD6HPD, KD6RCT, and KE6SYA.

II Officer Report

a. President Kirk thanks all for helping out at La Fiesta.  Great work, 
considering the circumstances.  The alumni BBQ turned out well, good food 
and company.  Great attendance.  T-Hunt was successful even though 
everyone was tired.  The Wheelman race is off until they beg and plead, 
and give us gas money up front.
b. Vice President Dean says that the reforendum vote on May 10th 
concerning the childrens center.  If it goes thru it will go up from 1 
dollar to 9 dollars by the year 2003.  If you have an opinion, please 
vote.  Backstage and Sandwich plant are going to be closed over summer, 
even though it is a breach of contract.  ***one week of no eating on 
campus to protest***  The study area across from Julians will be 
remodeled during the summer.
c.  EEEC Report elections next Tuesday.  BBQ is May 12th (subject to 
change) from 4 to 6 Dexter Lawn.
D.  Advisor Dan wants everyone to come to the BBQ on Tuesdays at 6:30 at 
the Shack.  Bring your own meat and stuff and have lots of fun.


Computer report:  Voted to approve $43.00 for a part to separate us from 
the EE department, and avoid hassles. This was approved.

The flea market in Dayton for next year: start planning now.  600 dollars 
for travel, plus  etc.  
Flea market in AZ, does anyone have details??

III Wildflower

Bring all radio gear, it might rain so be prepared.  Need people to help 
set up.  Need people to bring: Bike Chains, Tarp, Extensions cords, 
cables, Coaxial cable, bevel connectors.

Directions:  101 N  41/46 OFFRAMP HEAD TOWARDS NACIEMIENTO, INNERLAKE 
ROAD.  South shore, Redondo Vista ELoop 11 and 12.  If you are arring 
late use pass and ask for Jim Spreng

We will be done by 1:00 on Sunday.

BBQ Friday and Saturday

Any member who went to BBQ on Open house see Kirk or Brian.  

We are well off financially.
