Officer's Reports A. President David Oksner 1. ASI Presidents meeting -Question: Do we need receipts for EVERY reimbursement? -ASI says "yes" -Nothing else matters! B. Vice President Dean Wood 1. No EEEEC Report 2. WE ARE DESPERATE FOR A SHACK COMPUTER -Trying to get our club name out (contesting, ARES, etc) and we need a working computer in the shack. Searching for parts, or whole computer donations (Tami will bake cookies for whomever will donate a GOOD computer!) -Mark Smith said he would donate a motherboard, some other stuff -Public Safety has some old stuff for us (Dave Ragsdale, x6662) 3. ASI Bylaw Amendments -Our new officers descriptions, bylaws are APPROVED! Official! -ASI said they have no organized records system, so we need to keep track of the bylaws/descriptions, etc 4.
