I. Officer's Reports

      -Engineering Awards BANQUET: nomination forms for Prof. of the year
	due today
      -National Engineers Week February 21-23
  	 * BBQ--Johnathon Becker
	   -February 22 (Thurs) on Dexter Lawn
	 * Club Fair 
	   -February 21 Dexter Lawn
	   -We should have a booth to boost interest in club, ham class
	   -Start thinking about times you can work the booth;
	    signups next club meeting

	   -Be patient

      -Computer issue
	   *Gary & Len have been coordinating, gathering, pricing, etc.
	   -Tami moves to allocate $150 to purchase a 486 motherboard

		-Dean: we need this computer:
		       -for thank-you notes, donation records
		       -for club accounts (QUicken)

-gary suggests to take the donations we have and add to them
-Len suggests we get a committe together to thoroughly research 486, and 
other options; also we need to allocate $$ to get going on the purchase 
of putting a computer together
-DJ: allocate a block of $$, have the committee use it to put a computer 
together
-Tami moves to rescind her original motion-
	*Tami moves to create a committee of Len, Gary, and Rick, to 
	research and present their findings at the next meeting.  She 
	also wants to allocate $50 to buy any necessary equipment
		-Trisha seconds

		-One abstention

C. Treasurer Report--Tami
	**LOG IN YOUR LONG DISTANCE CALLS, OR SHE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN**
	-write down your calls to directory assistance, and only use it if
	ABSOLUTELY necessary

D. Secretary--Trisha
   -Having a BIG T HUNT on Feb. 10  **MARK THE DATE**
     more info to follow on times, places, etc.

E. Shack Manager--Craig Gullickson
	-Trying to get the floor buffed
	-still working on the SOLDERING iron (Tami playing phone tag)

F. Coke Man--Greg Russo, KE6SeXY
	-waiting on info. on bill-changer for machine (no one at Foundation
	could help him)
	-Squirt used in place of Barq's (DOING MUCH BETTER)
	-brought in $570.05 since last meeting

G. Engineering Student Council Rep--Johnathon Becker
	-we can advertise club info. on the sandwich boards
		*needs flyers, other advertisement info. by next WED	
		to advertise T-HUNT
	-ESC needs a Vice Chair of Events, if you're interested:
		UU 220 this Wednesday, Feb. 7 @ 5 pm
	-Graduation Writing Requirement will be changing; soon will be 
	done via computer.
