Officer's Reports

A. President - Dave
   1. repeater update
      - radio hill  installed 147.39(-), WALA
                    link in, but has problems (flaky)
      - admin  some radios on air, but controller was reset 
                    (some codes don't work, stay tuned for more)
               Poly PD is causing interference, filter has to be installed
      - tass   new rack design being implemented
               three antennas w/hardline enter the building, no termination
                (or radios) 
               still waiting for frequencies allocation to become concrete
      - 911 autodial not working, just use normal patch procedure 
  2. Mardi Gras parade - organizers looking for barrier guards (shudder)
  3. First Aid class - who would be interested in first aid/CPR training
                   contact OMS Dave if interested
                   
B. Vice President - Dean
   1. November Sweepstakes contest - 175 more contacts than last year
        prelim results: 5th overall in USA, Canada
   2. computer situation - public safety offers 286 PS/2s, not enough power
        club members will get together parts - if you have any parts to donate,
        contact Dean
        
C. Treasurer - Tamster
   1. $1157.10 in account, but still have Coke to pay for
   2. If you haven't filled out the new member information form, talk to SYA
   3. have new photo album 
   4. SLOEC newsletter available - contributions to next letter welcome
   5. ARES net and BBQ Tuesday night - show up sometime     
   
D. Station Manager - Craig
   1. shack hasn't changed much since before break - DECstation still there
   
E. Repeater Manager 
   1. hopefully Poly PD interference will be going away tonight
   
F. Vending - Greg
   $1100 last meeting to date
   $4400 school year to date

G. Council Representative
   1. no meetings yet
   2. Mustang daily allocating 6 pages for Engineering club information during
        engineering week - more info upcoming
        

New Business

BZY has two short things:
 1. looking for help moving to Redding tomorrow, he will pay 
      expenses 
 2. shooting excursion Sunday morning (locally)
