BHZ Internet Reflector

The BHZ Internet reflector is where club members communicate with one another, in the form of a mailing list. Anyone can join most lists; for a complete list of all the reflectors, check out our main listinfo webpage.

To sign up for a list, go to the list webpage, noted below. Our main mailing list is the SLO Area Members (Local) list. Enter your email address in the correct field, and pick a non-valuable password. The password is for you to manage your subscription to the list.

• SLO Area Members (Local) - Relevant to events in the San Luis Obispo area
• Announcements - General club announcements
• Alumni - List for club/CalPoly alumni
• ARES - ARES members affiliated with W6BHZ
• Field Day - Discussion of the club's Field Day event
• Jokes - Read. Laugh.
• Members - List for current club members (moderated subscription)
• Ragchew - Ragchew to your heart's content!
• Wildflower Triathlons Communications - Discussion about the club's involvement with Wildflower

Updates and notes on the mailing lists:

• local@lists.w6bhz.org is no longer in active use. We have moved the active users to googlegroups due to some issues with Mailman. The new "local" email list is calpolyradioclub@googlegroups.com. Please feel free to sign up for the new one by clicking on the above link. This list now serves for meeting, net, and event announcements as well as other pertinent information for active club members and alumni.
• wildflower@lists.w6bhz.org is not currently in use to the best of our knowledge. The Wildflower Committee has and will be using the following email this year: communications09@googlegroups.com
• alumni@lists.w6bhz.org is currently still the active mailing list for alumni relations.
• The following lists are still in use but not very active (to our understanding): announcements, ARES, ragchew, members, jokes, fieldday
