2007 Siren Test Signup Form

It is time again to get ready for the annual Early Warning System's Siren Test. This years test will be conducted on Saturday, August 25th, at 12:00 noon and again at 12:30pm. Please meet your Area Coordinator at 11:30am at your Rally Point, listed below.

We're trying this new online signup system this year to make it easier on all the volunteers. Here's how to use this webpage:

View the map, and pick two sirens that you might want to monitor.
Fill out the form below to your best ability.
Your Area Coordinator will contact you a week before the test, letting you know that your information was received and that everything is fine.
Meet at 11:30am at your Rally Point.
After the siren test, return to your Rally Point and give the paperwork to your Area Coordinator.
Go to the Dairy Creek Golf Course across Highway 1 from Cuesta College for a free BBQ.
